  • Local shop and bar within 7 minutes

  • Large supermarkets 10-15 minutes

  • Local restaurants (many excelllent ones) within 7-20 minutes

  • Airports: Pisa 1 hour, Parma 1 hour 20 minutes, Bologna 2 hours, Milan Malpensa 2 hours 30 minutes

  • Railway stations: Aulla 13 minutes, La Spezia 35 minutes

Conditions

  • Minimum stay 5 nights, for maximum of six people   

  • No pets

  • Deposit €500

  • Cleaning costs at end of stay €150

  • All other terms on enquiry

Prices

  • Off-season: (March-April and October). (Great for walking and exploring, but no swimming pool). €250 per night

  • Low season (May and September): €300 per night

  • High season (July and August): €350 per night

  • Please note that during off-season and low season we will consider letting the two bedroom main building only, (i.e. without the third bedroom in annexe) at a reduction of €75 per night
